Cochem

On Saturday we took a train ride down to Cochem, a small little town in the Mosel Valley. Cochem is one of the largest wine producing towns along the Mosel River, so it was very beautiful scenery. Pretty much every hill is covered with grapevines.

The town was fairly quaint as well. It didn't feel as old as Bacharach, but there were still plenty of half-timbered buildings and narrow streets to have a goodly dose of 'Olde World charm'.
